Our catering administrative staff is still present to review on-line orders and answer questions via phone.  On-line ordering is a web-based system designed to better manage your catering orders.

Whether your function is a continental breakfast for twelve people, a gala dinner for one thousand or any range in between, we provide the caliber of food and distinction of service appropriate to Southeast.

Our culinary production team uses the freshest ingredients to make your meal a savory sensation.  Personal attention from our experienced and highly trained staff ensures that we create a unique event that matches your needs.

We are here to assist you with every detail of your event.  We collaborate with you to satisfy your specific needs, personal taste and special details such as vegetarian meals, special diets, flowers or anything else you require. If you have a unique request simply let us know and we will gladly accommodate you and your guests. 
Client Responsibilities
We kindly ask that you submit your catering order 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure ample time for appropriate staffing, linen/china ordering and the highest quality of product.

There is a minimum of $50.00-per catering order. Pick up is available for orders that do not meet the required minimum.

We do realize that special events may arise unexpectedly and we will do our best to provide you service on short notice. Seventy-two business hours advanced notice required. A 15% late booking fee will be assessed to all events ordered with less than 3 business days notice.
Clients are responsible for the guaranteed number provided 72 business hours in advance. We understand that guest numbers may change within the 72 hours prior to the event. In such event, special billing arrangements may be made on a per function basis.
Any submitted changes will not be applied until you receive confirmation from the Chartwells catering staff.
